People get so exasperated when they encounter mise People get so exasperated when they encounter miseries. Lao Tzu’s point is that a large part of people’s exasperation is this non-acceptance of reality—we don’t accept the nature of where we are. People want to think, “Everything’s under control. Everything’s working right. Everything’s fine.”We have to recognize that this material world is a place of misery. Since we have a material body, we should not be thinking that we’re going to be able to find a spot where there’s no misery because the material body brings misery with it. For example, we’ve got teeth. Built into that are toothaches, cavities, etc. And we’ve got stomachs. Sooner or later, we’re going to get a stomach-ache. We’ve got so many body parts that sooner or later will malfunction and cause us suffering.Learn more about the suffering nature of this world from Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa:

Everybody is seeking a place where there are no m Everybody is seeking a place where there are no material miseries. But wherever you go in the world there are material miseries. The body alone comes with its material miseries. Thus, the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu made the point that we should accept suffering as inherent. Why? Because as long as the body exists, there’s going to be misery. It’s inherent in it. So, it’s natural that you’ll experience suffering. You should accept that suffering is the intrinsic nature of the material body as well of as this material world.Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa addresses the sufferings in this world and how we can transcend them in this article:

Question: Can anyone do Mantra Meditation with Yog Question: Can anyone do Mantra Meditation with Yoga Breathing?Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa: Absolutely. While we have a guided meditation with a rhythm you can follow, it is perfectly fine to do it in your own rhythm if your breaths are longer or shorter. For example, some people may take very short and shallow breaths. They can practice Yoga Breathing according to their own capacity, in their own rhythm. People who have been practicing yoga asanas and yoga breathing may have long, slow breaths, so they can practice in the rhythm that is comfortable for them. Even kids can practice it.Mantra breathing can also be practiced silently by focusing on the mantra as you say it in your mind. This means you can do it while commuting, when waiting for something or someone, before going to sleep, or during periods of wakefulness in the night.Learn more:

The Supreme Person comes to take us back to Him. L The Supreme Person comes to take us back to Him. Lord Chaitanya appeared to take us back to Him by a particular method. He came to show us by His personal example and His teaching how we can go back to Him. And if we follow His instruction and His personal example then we do go back to Him.When Lord Chaitanya came, He did not start a new religion. He did not teach something different than real religion. Real religion is not something that gets started new, real religion exists eternally. It’s called Sanatana-dharma, the eternal truth. The Absolute Truth is eternal, there’s no beginning to it. So, Lord Chaitanya’s teachings are perfectly in harmony with the Absolute Truth as it had been revealed in scripture previous to His appearing.Know more about Lord Chaitanya and His Sankirtan Movement from world-renowned yoga spiritual master, Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa:
